Description Extremely rare carnival arcade target in the form of a man riding a goat. Fine casting with detailing designed so that the rider would flip back when hit. C.W. Parker was one of the first and many think the best maker of carnival targets working in Abilene Kansas where the also made carousel horses and other amusements. I've only seen two other man riding a goat targets. Mounted over a black metal base.
