Description | A vibrant, hand-thrown pottery vase or urn by Guido Gambone, circa 1955, in a deeply saturated shade of Mediterranean blue. Wonderful contrast between the more traditional form and the modernist design motif whose lone, yellow dot on a field of intersecting lines and shapes assumes an esoteric quality. The images here very accurately represent the color and the piece presents assertively. | ||||||||
