20th Century Japanese Polished Naval Bridge Binoculars By Kowa, c.1960
-
Description
A rare set of naval bridge binoculars by Kowa, manufactured in Japan in the third quarter of the 20th century. They have been expertly cleaned and hand polished. With a magnification of 15 (magnification) x 80 (aperture), and mounted on a telescopic wood stand, these exceptional binoculars display entirely original optics in a distinctly Japanese straight-body instrument. Undeniably a true piece of artwork created from steel, brass, and aluminium, these binoculars offer astounding visual clarity. They have a sleeker, more modern look than some of the other binoculars of that period and are guaranteed to look incredible in any room or balcony or terrace.
