1850' s American Document Box by Atkins A Clark of Boston

    Made by Atkins A Clark of Boston Mass. This document
    box is in an amazing state of preservation. It retains the original
    key, makers label and the brass plaque bearing the name
    of Nathaniel Dana. Mr. Dana was a partner in Dana Brothers
    a commission merchants firm located at 42 Central Street in
    Boston (established 1820). This was purchased directly from
    a member of the Dana family.
