-
Description
This glazed earthenware vase by Bruno Gambone was designed and manufactured in the same Florentine studio that was established by his famous ceramicist father, Guido. Produced in the 1970s, this tall and slender vase and is dark grey in colour and has a slightly textured surface in places due to its composition. Its elongated bottle-neck shape is minimalist in style and has a beautifully simple gold linear border on each side. Signed on the underside ‘Bruno Gambone/Italy’, this is a wonderful example from one of Italy’s most creative mid-century artists.
