Description
Exquisite pair of Japanese Meiji mixed metal bronze Oni figures from Japanese Mythology. Depicting Ashinaga and Tenagu - they formed a partnership to go fishing. The long-legged figure would carry the other one on his back into the water and the long-armed figure would catch the fish. Signed. Very fine quality. 12" high each.
