Description
An original and early pair of chiseled glass bookends designed by Max Ingrand for Fontana Arte, c.1950. These sculptural ‘eau de nil’ glass blocks were hand-chiselled and polished by the master craftsmen working for this prestigious Milanese company. Retains part of the original 1950s Fontana Arte label.
