Unique brass and iron fire screen manner of Garouste et Bonetti 1980s
-
Description
Garouste et Bonetti are known for their experimental and highly artistic designs—this fire screen, with its iron and brass collage and handcrafted look was heavily inspired by the French design duo. It features individually wrought iron bars, forming a deep black frame around bright brass screen, which similarly has a distinctive handmade quality. At either side, bright brass stands hold the piece in place, simple rods which culminate in two swirling cones at the top. Definitively unique, this fire screen would up-level the design of any space and look stunning with fiery flames curling up behind it.
