Condition: Minor imperfection and repairs to small sections of banding and line inlay, all original interior compartments and waste bowl.
This well-developed Regency period tea caddy is adorned with sophisticated shell-form inlay patterns on the lid and the front. The case is further embellished with banding and string-inlay, opening to a fitted interior with tea caddy’s flanking waste bowl. The lids have repeating, matched shell inlay patterns of the finest quality. -
