Large pair of French gilt and patinated bronze figural candleholders, circa 1820-1830. In the manner of Francois Remond, each modeled as a maiden holding a cornucopia above a cylindrical pedestal painted to show a continuous band of classical figures, raised on a stepped base. Measure: 30" high x 7" wide. Very high quality, and excellent condition.
