Description An oval shape poudrier gilt bronze box by Parisian art jeweler Line Vautrin (1913-1997) circa 1950, the name of this lovely compact box is called "two pigeons loved each other tenderly". Graphically the artist created a minimalistic images of two kissing pigeons with just a few effective strokes. The box is stamped "Line Vautrin" on the bottom. Inside the box, the mirror still remains. The box comes with its original box in embossed skin. With its original condition and patina, a delight for the collectors of Line Vautrin.
The measurement shows the size of the bronze box only. The size of the leather box is slightly larger.
