Mario Buccellati, a rare and exceptional Italian silver Gorilla monkey on base. Realistically modeled as a seated gorilla, on a quartz base, circa 1940, Milan. Signed Buccellati Italy 800. Measures: Height 16 inches Length 9.5 inches Width 8 inches. Very fine quality and workmanship and very large in size. The only one known to be made. This is a true collectors piece and once in a lifetime opportunity to own an exquisite piece of Buccellati silver. Very good condition. No repairs or damage.
