Description
This is a classic pair of fine late 17th century Italian cast bronze pricket sticks, This large pair features a rich natural patina, boldly cast turning and stepped cast base. Over their nearly 350 years of use, the candlesticks exhibit normal indications of wear and use for utilitarian domestic objects. The pricket sticks have been appropriately restored and are ready for another 350 years of use. We have taken into consideration the fact that these pieces have some old period restorations when pricing. Please check pricing for comparable large 17th century bronze prickets sticks.
