Brutalist sculpture by Simon Ybarra, signed and dated, 1964. Bronzed nails in Abstract floral forms in Brutalist manner that evokes the work of Harry Bertoia. Simon Ybarra was a Mexican born artist, (1913-2003) that created and taught art in St. Louis, Mo including at John Burroghs.
