Description
925 Sterling silver and multi colour stone inlay Foo Lion Dog, probably Chinese, C.1950. The foo is highly detailed with a fine silver wire work filigree body, wings, and tail and has detachable head and an additional detachable collar around the neck also inset with stones. The silver set with numerous coral and turquoise coloured stones. Measures approximately: 2.75 x 1.50 x 1.25 inches. Item Weight: 62 grams. Stamped 925. It is in excellent condition with minimal light tarnish to the silver.
