Persian Gabbeh made from the softest highland wools from the Zagros Mountains in the finest kashkuli quality, named after one
of the Ghashghai’ nomadic tribes living in Fars province, southeast and northwest of Shiraz. Here Southeast Asian vista meets Persian superior carpet weaving: the comb like zigzag colour combinations create an illusion of bamboo stalks in a grove and yet the design
is quintessentially tribal Persian and the colours perfect for modern sensibilities.
