Japanese Antique Silk and Cotton Tapestry

$ 2,480
  • Description
    Wonderful and very rare Japanese tapestry made in the 1900s, made of woven silk and cotton, of absolute fineness.
    The tapestry is developed in length and width. It has a rectangular shape, embellished with a frame sewn with zigzag weave, in the nuanches of brown and gold colors.
    Centrally a landscape is clearly seen,. A small river can be seen flowing under a bridge, and the landscape is enlivened by plenty of grass and trees. In the background you can glimpse a typical Japanese house with a blue roof, topped by other houses. Something very rare.
    The tapestry is suitable for very important settings. It is supported by a wooden batten in its back.
