A very special Swedish Art Deco flat weave rug or wall hanging from circa 1920's. The rug features highly stylized imagery including a blacksmith standing between columns with a hammer and fire. The panel above has a castle (slott) with a body of water in the foreground. A shield or crest at the bottom depicts tools and a star along with the initials I P B.
