Abstract geometric designs are Gabbeh classics. In this new design traditional Gabbeh 'squares' are reinterpreted giving an impression of a tiled roof which is at the same time reminiscent of a natural landscape of meadows. Interpreting traditional Persian tribal icons & turning them into a modern aesthetic is at the heart of this design which depicts colourful roof tiles akin to a landscape of meadows at the foot of a mountainscape, the habitat of the nomadic weavers. The design is available in several modern palettes of colours - a truly contemporary transitional carpet.
