Description
This Persian flatweave rug is in the manner of the Mid-Century Modern style and is made with 100% handspun wool and all-natural dyes. It is inspired by the vintage kilims that are native to the Shiraz region in Iran. Nasiri continues their rich tradition of rug making by applying the same techniques and methods as those used on the Shirazi kilims, while being innovative and adapting them to fit today’s design style.
This piece has a subtle herringbone design that overall reads like texture rather than a pattern.
