Description Decorative raku flat-bottomed contemporary black and white ceramic bowl "Inhabited Trees" by artist Camille Campignion. Inspired by nature, the artist has individually engraved, freehand, tree houses in a forest on the wheel-thrown piece. The distinctive crackles of the raku technique make her piece vibrate with intensity. The black areas are textured, one dot at a time. The raku glaze, applied with a brush, enhances the graphic motif.

Camille Campignion is a French master in the art of raku, with her distinctive graphic motifs.

One of a kind. Stamped by the artist.
