    Mocha Pottery Jug,
    English for American Market,
    Circa 1825
    (Ref: NY9365-NPIM)

    The large Mocha pottery jug has a strong coffee-ground color with randomly applies cat's eyes in blue, brown, and white applied to the surface. A series of thin brown lines encircle the jug and around the neck and around the top of the foot are feathered rouletted green bands. The handle has leaf terminals.

    Dimensions: 8 1/4 inches high x 9 1/2 inches wide x 6 1/2 inches deep

    Condition: Good. To the right of the interior of the spout is a firing line that does not go through to the outside, and in the center of the rim of the jug on one side, is a hairline of 1.25 inches.
