Description
Tudric Pewter tazza, or compote, with barley-twist walnut stem. Made by W. H. Haseler’s of Birmingham in a Celtic revival style for Liberty & Co of London (circa 1900-1930). Tudric Pewter became known as ‘poor man’s silver’ due to its shine, which was achieved by removing the lead content and adding antimony.
