    Antique 45 Star American Flag #6068 Antique 45 Star Flag circa 1896.
    The 45 Star Flag was used during the famous Spanish American War made famous by Teddy Roosevelt and the Rough Riders. This flag is made of cotton and has a unusual proportion as it extra longer than most flags. The canton is also much longer than most flags. The stars are positioned as alternating up side down.
