    These are from a major political event at the time. Probably in Washington DC I Bought 53 different ones of all important political personalities. I will sell the other ones unframed if you’re interested

    The item was a “Stand Up” display. I assume they were placed where they were to sit at the tables. You can see the flap at the bottom of the piece in the frame that folds down to make it stand up. Very interesting, very rare original one of a kind item

    I assume AL GORE was present when this item was on display.
