« Elegance balneaire » Art Deco watercolor from an advertising sketch or a magazine cover.Watercolor and color pen on paper and Japan paper.
Signed « lbegnini » and dated 1929 on the bottom right. Leon Benigni was a famous poster artist in the 20-30’s from whom very few original works survived.
His poster praising the Brides les Bains health spa resort is a classical Art Deco poster. - More Information
