Description

Abstract oil painting by French born artist Janine Collier. Greens, yellows, whites and greys make up the brooding color pallet. Signed lower right and en verso. Framed in a simple walnut and aluminum gallery style frame measuring 24.5"h x 36.5"w x 1"d. Janine Collier (1922-2002) was a Chicago artist whose large abstract paintings were displayed in galleries across the country during the 1960s and '70s. She passed away in Arizona in November of 2002
