Description Danielle Voight’s experience growing up in the small town of Lanesboro, Minnesota instilled in her a respect for simplicity and nature that continue to influence her minimalist style. Voight utilizes her emotions and sensations to produce works that render her vulnerable to the viewer, thereby creating an intimate relationship that leads one to discover the tension and balance present in all her paintings. She has exhibited in several group and solo shows as well as public spaces in and around Minneapolis. Additionally her work has been featured in interior design photos for both Midwest Home and Target’s website. She has exhibited in Southhampton, New York and at the Interior Design Building and the New York Design Center in New York City. She has also been commissioned to produce album artwork for Father You See Queen and Stolytte.
