Description | Oil portrait by Jonny Kelson, antique gilt frame Dimensions: 20 x 16 in. Framed Dimensions: 25 x 21 in. For more information or to inquire about commissioning the artist to do a custom oil portrait, contact: info@bicyclefineart.com Nascent painter Jonny Kelson is an avid collector of 16th-19th century paintings. Having amassed such an incredible collection, he is able to study the details closely; a process that has greatly influenced his realist style of painting since he began in 2014. Significantly influenced by old masters portraits and religious paintings, Kelson has managed to effectively translate his skills as a stylist to the medium of oil paint. Kelson has exhibited in various galleries around Minneapolis, has had work shown at the Interior Design Building, and with the Flatiron Design Collective in Manhattan. |
