An 18th Century French engravig "La Gouteet L'Araignee" Fable L. The Gout and the Spider from La Fontaines Fables, engraved by Pierre Louise Suruque drawn by Jean Baptise Oudry. This image was first printed in 1688 depicting a man in his bed with his foot bandaged with 3 other men in the same room.
