Great condition, minor toning, with original tiger maple frame and pine backboard.
Provenance: Collection of David Good
Note on verso, “This was the property of Catherine Fry (nee Smith), Jay’s great grandmother (1828-1917). It was made for her as a prize by her school-teacher probably in the 1840s.”
