Signed and inscribed on verso: J.N. Crammer Miniature & Profile painter, New York and E. Parker July 1841/aged 29.
Watercolor on paper.
14” x 11 ½” with frame.
Great condition, minor foxing and some toning. In a period, if not original frame.
Provenance: David Wheatcroft, Massachusetts; Joan Siegmund Collection.
This rare signed, dated and inscribed watercolor has wonderful charm and appeal painted in a folky manner. -
