Description Elephant arcade target would have been included in the elaborate carnival arcades made by Wm F. Mangels and Co. in Coney Island , NY.
The elephant and other moving targets would have been attached to a chain link drive to make a challenging moving target. This is a scarce target form now mounted on a metal base.
