One of a kind Postmodern credenza/cupboard with bar, only one example specifically created by Studio Cattaneo for the 1976 Salone del Mobile in Milan, high quality of craftsmanship, with a Mondrian decor lacquered front in royal blue, silver grey, orange yellow terracotta tint geometric shapes highlighted in black, the lacquer so perfect and luxurious that it resembles silk. The unique Mid-Century Modern design presents a top decorated with a diagonal silver grey lacquered shelf supported by a slanted marble block. Raised on square nickel feet. A very functional piece in 3 black lacquered interior sections with central double doors and 2 side doors, one on the right revealing a drawer and on the left side revealing a bar and highlighted by a nickel vertical border. A unique design forerunner of the Memphis Group forms in all the asymmetric details.
