Description Serpentine case front, top front and sides. Oval inlaid medallion-centered top, of crotch and flame mahogany veneers. Three cock-beaded drawers. Curved aprons and splayed bracket feet. A specimen American Hepplewhite / William Whitehead 'school' chest of drawers; its pine secondary woods suggests a Charleston, South Carolina origin.
