Shelving System in Lucite, Glass and Brass by C. Hollis

Description
Illuminated Lucite and brass étagère/shelving unit with five smoke glass shelves with brass borders is designed by Charles Hollis Jones, known as the “Incredible Mister Lucite” with his studio based in L.A. This shelving unit is part of the "Metric Line" was designed and manufactured with Hudson Rissman in the 1960s. The illumination emphasis on the clarity of the Lucite and points out the minimalistic construction between brass and Lucite. The étagère has five shelves and is perfect to display all collectibles and other valuables. The piece is in very good original condition, the Lucite also has minimal wear which is expected on a piece that is at least 40 years old.
