Description
A fine and elegant circa 1810 English Late George III Regency period press cabinet of large scale having exquisitely grained mahogany veneered and satinwood inlaid case, the fixed moulded cornice surmounting double harlequin or lozenge pattern wire locking doors with gathered silk panels concealing adjustable reeded edge shelves atop projecting cabinet with reeded edge and double solid locking doors each with large recessed oval design concealing pull-out shelf trays on plinth base. Exterior depth of top cabinet is 12.75" with 11.63" interior depth.
