French 19th Century Louis XVI-Style Armoire

French painted armoire with a single mirrored door. Exquisite details grace this piece, top to bottom. Impressive dentil crown moulding sits atop a recessed panel, framed frieze with florets set into the rounded corners. The large mirrored door has round florets at the top two corners and has a beaded trim around the original mirror plate. A single key works the lock on the door and acts as a pull. The door is flanked with rounded and fluted corners, adorned with foliate carvings. Five adjustable shelves are located behind the door, one with two locking drawers attached. A single key operates the two locks. The whole is raised on four round, tapered and fluted feet. Interior: 19”D
