Description
French bookcase or armoire in the Directoire style, painted in shades of grey with a wash of soft chartreuse and a charcoal grey painted base. Circa 1950. There is a corniced top over two full-length doors fitted with chicken wire with four removable shelves within, raised on a plinth base. This charming piece was found in the Provence region of France.
