Description
Beautiful Pair of one doored neoclassical Biedermeier Armoires / Wardrobes from Austria around 1830.
Wonderful lightly convex doors and finely book-matched walnut veneer on the front and sides. Finished with a very elaborate shellac hand polish (French Polish).
At the top of the pilaster, there are some leaves inlays in maple. Inside with each four plates covered in black cotton fabric.
Fully restored condition. Very rare to find as a pair in this quality. -
