Description
A stunning pair of Italian chests with painted, faux marble tops. Each chest has two drawers with brass, drop ring pulls. They both have similar paintings depicting cameos in relief-style design. The center has a contrasting white scene on bright blue background, with a circular frame border. Two cherubs grace the top of the paintings with two beautiful floral swags across the bottom, finishing out the design. The whole is raised on cabriole-style legs. C. 1900
