Description

Pair of Danish Modern server cabinets with tambour doors, designed by Peter Hvidt & Orla Mølgaard-Nielsen for Soborg. Tambour doors slide smoothly to reveal adjustable shelves at the interior. Cabinets boast exceptional craftsmanship, finished with nice details like carved handles, a beveled edge, and signature finger-joinery. Sturdy and well-built, supported by solid wood braces and round legs. Originally designed as a part of a modular storage system, these cabinets may be matched with other cases by the designer in our collection. In fine vintage condition, rich teak wood surface has been polished and has nice age. Denmark, 1950s.
