Description
Rare lacquered wood two- door cabinet beautifully decorated with gold “hiramaki” decoration on a black lacquered geometric pattern bearing the Tokugawa family crest. Fitted with engraved iron hinges and mounts and the interior includes five drawers decorated throughout with Tokugawa crest. Japan circa: 1800-1850.
