Cerused Oak Leather Top Desk, James Mont, USA, c. 1940s

Description
An elegantly proportioned compact executive desk by James Mont in green stained oak with bronze hardware, mounts and original leather top. Desk is in excellent original condition. The desk with nine drawers, four graduated on each side with center drawer. Bronze banding around desk, designed on all sides to float in a room. Burned in mark James Mont Designs in center drawer, each of the nine bronze pulls stamped James Mont Designs.
