Rare 1950s Angelo Lelli glass and brass suspension lamp for Arredoluce. An extremely rare design executed in patinated brass and sculpturally blown opaline glass, circa 1959. An exquisite example of the iconic early work of Lelli and Arredoluce Monza. Literature: Anty Pansera, "Arredoluce: Catalogue Raisonné 1943-1987" pp. 35, 328 Accommodates a single 75 watt max medium base bulb (lower with incandescent). Glass pendant measures 13 inches high x 7.5 inches wide. Overall drop is 44 inches. Cord length can be cut to desired height. Not UL listed, but recommended UL listing available from authorized 3rd party vendor upon request for an additional fee. Overall in good condition with some scuffs, nicks, looses and patination as largely shown and noted only for accuracy. Professionally rewired for US electrical.
