Description
Herb Ritts attributed for Astrolite transparent Lucite and chrome table lamp. Featuring a Modernist hourglass form with central Chrome stem and central joint securing two curved, flared Acrylic swags, atop a (5D x 10W x 2H) angled rectangular base. 21 H to top of socket. 17H to top of Lucite. Gray lamp shade shown for display only and not for sale (10.5H x 15D top x 16D bottom). Dorothy Thorpe. Charles Hollis Jones. and Asian inspiration noted. Astrolite label missing from base.
