Chemical building blocks of life: branch chain amino acids, can build all life on Earth. Metaphorically fused with industrial technologies to create a compound library
of forms, BCAA adapts molecular forms in concert with tubular borosilicate glass referencing an alchemist’s beaker.
BCAA morphs into a symbiosis of organic and inorganic, creating a sculptural light in a myriad of forms.

Christopher is a Melbourne based Industrial Designer, driven by a love of nature and light, with a commitment to nothing short of excellence.
The design studio was launched in 2011, and since then the business has grown from a 'one man show' to a team of 25 staff.
Christopher's extensive travel, research and training in the arts and design fields informs every project, providing lighting pieces with narratives of understated luxury.
New methods and material exploration continue daily in the Fitzroy studio, using a broad variety of techniques with a diverse team of artisans, amongst them glass blowers, copper smiths, ceramicists, sculptors, and bronze casters. All products
are handmade with love and care in Melbourne ensuring a commitment to quality.
An amalgamation of tradition and cutting edge materials with various techniques results in bespoke handcrafted lighting, allowing an outlet to this unique designer's creative vision.
