    A French Art Nouveau glass and bronze table lamp by Daum & Majorelle. The marteléd lamp shade's lower rim begins in browns, rises into yellows, and finishes in pale blue reminiscent of the sky. The gilt bronze base is composed of three bronze frogs sitting on lily pads. The shade is supported by three stylized leaves. A similar lamp base is pictured in: Majorelle - Nancy: décorations d'intérieurs: meubles, tentures, bronzes, ferronneries (the 1906 Majorelle catalogue); and in: Louis Majorelle: Master of Art Nouveau Design, by Alastair Duncan, New York: Harry N. Abrams, Inc., 1991, plate 120.
