From 1916 to 1921, Bergh designed lighting fixtures for Herman Bergmanns' art foundry, Scandinavia's leading art foundry which had a long relationship with sculptor Carl Milles. Bergh also designed for the leading Swedish silversmiths, C.G. Hallberg, creating innovative chandeliers noted for their simplicity and beauty.
