A pair of Austrian wall appliques with counterweight, attributed to Emil Stejnar for Rupert Nikoll.

The brass arc is mounted to the wall and the counterweight allows you to adjust the position of the 25 cm high fabric shade and bring it closer for use as a reading light or just to change the atmosphere in the room.
